We’re staying here for my husband’s job and have been coming up each week with him. The hotel has been good about accommodating us and specifically Abigail at the front desk is fantastic. She’s so sweet and wonderful to my toddler. She is literally the ONLY person at the front desk who answers the phone when I call, and who actually gives us things we need. Everyone else ignores the phone. The wonderful Vicky is so sweet and makes special treats for my little guy and she’s wonderful. My only complaint is that because we’ve stayed for so long our rooms are not being cleaned as thoroughly. However, it’s been a great experience.
Pulled in late at night, the lady who was at the front desk was great, friendly, and very helpful, my apologies for not remembering her name. Breakfast was very good however the Breakfast Ambassador, "The Legendary Mrs. Vickie was spectacular. She is extremely personable, made sure we were comfortable, checked on us ofen to see if we needed anything, always smiling, you can tell she truly enjoys taking care people. I don't expect much when staying at a highway hotel but this experience was different. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and the staff was genuinely caring and friendly. Next time I am this way I will definitely stay here again. Oh and Mrs. Vickie the grits were spectacular.

stopped here on our way from FL to TN with 2 toddlers and 2 dogs. Angel was amazing on the night shift. Being as tired as I was, she was super quick with check-in, and was a pleasant person to speak with. The other employees we met were also phenomenal and very hard working people. They were understaffed due to the pandemic, and also busy since no one is working. I give them mega props for still being very welcoming despite being super busy. The woman up front in the mornings with long reddish hair was nice to speak with while getting breakfast, and Brooks, with maintenance, also very down to earth. In this small hidden spot, it is kinda sketchy, BUT the hospitality was worth the 5 stars because it's just so very hard to find. For the price, a great quick stay and pet friendly!!! Small fridge and microwave included, TV channels kinda limited but enough to keep my kids happy while we were there
The place could use a major updating. All in all I was very surprised beds were firm (wich I prefer) bedding and linings were clean. Fitness area is lacking alot.
We were surprised at how nice this hotel was for the money spent. The room was nice and cozy. The bed was so soft and comfortable. We would have loved to stay longer. We received great service from start to finish. Oh, and we even had a special little note left on the pad when we first entered our room. So sweet!
I stayed here on 11/25/22. The room was clean and quiet. They have a very nice breakfast the best I’ve seen. They had breakfast sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, Sausage, eggs with cheese cereal, milk, waffles, orange juice. Way more than a continental breakfast for sure. Miss Vicki was more than helpful, checking on us and also keeping food stocked and fresh. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a pleasant stay!
